Hege Knudsen

Hege Almström is the HR Advisor at the European Wergeland Centre, where she is responsible for developing and strengthening the Centre's HR function.

She believes that strong organisations are built by supporting the people within them. Through her work, she contributes to creating a positive and inclusive working environment and to developing HR practices that enable colleagues to support the Centre's mission of promoting democracy, human rights and education.

Almström holds a bachelor’s degree in development studies from OsloMet and has also studied journalism.
