Easy access to good learning and teaching resources improves the quality of education. The European Wergeland Centre’s resources are based on the Council of Europe’s (CoE) work on democratic citizenship, human rights and intercultural understanding.

Here you will find original CoE publications developed in cooperation with the Wergeland Centre, as well as resources translated, adapted or created by the Centre for use in our projects. All original Wergeland resources are deveopled in cooperation with local partners and experts.
