The European Wergeland Centre is inviting organisations to participate in a tender for mid-term evaluation of our Schools for Democracy programme in Ukraine.
Schools for Democracy: Strengthening Democratic Resilience in Ukraine and Moldova, is carried out in 2024-2027 aiming to facilitate systemic democratic reforms in education and strengthen European cooperation by promoting democratic culture and democratic citizenship in policy and practice.
The Programme is implemented by the The European Wergeland Centre in close cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. It is funded by The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation.
Documents to be submitted by the candidate organization:
- A brief presentation of the organization, including information on the organization’s legal form and ownership structure.
- A brief description of the team, indicating a contact person for communication with the EWC (team leader) and description and/or documents certifying the team members’ qualifications required (CVs, etc).
- A letter expressing the interest in conducting the evaluation with a brief description of approach and methods to be applied for analysis and additional data collection signed by an eligible organization’s representative.
- A document specifying the budget, timeline, and internal allocation of roles and resources within the team
- Samples of previous external evaluation reports carried out by the organization or by the team, references if available.
